100.1 kg and 28.5% fat today, might be to do with pizza and ice cream for supper, feeling better though and down to the last hole on my belt so lets put it down to increased muscle mass and try not to fall off the wagon too much on the eat days although I feel I have been quite sensible, might be time to start my food diary again.

Weighed in
99.6kg and 29% fat, moving in the right direction and down a notch on my belt. Although they were probably the easiest kg to lose, onwards and downwards!

The first week
This seems to be easier for me than i expected, my fasting days have not been too bad, hunger seems to come and go rather than getting worse, I am tending to split my calorie allowance, I have started looking much more closely at info on sandwiches etc. I chose one that was 500 calories and ate half at 11 am and the other half at 4 which seemed fine and had some fruit later for supper.
Soup seems to be a winner, the volume fills me up and if you are careful in selection it can be fairly low calorie. The thing I have really noticed is how my appetite, especially for unhealthy things is reduced on my eat anything days.
